A special cell has been established in the Sikkim Vigilance Police for detection of anonymous / pseudonymous pamphlets/letters and taking action according to law.

It is to inform the public that not only the writing but also the distribution or possession of such pamphlets/letters is illegal and anyone found doing so is to be dealt with according to law.

We solicit co-operation of the general public to help us identify person(s) who are involved in the circulation and distribution of such pamphlets/letters. Any information relating to it may kindly be given at the following address:
